It helps a lot to get your head straight about motivation, accumulating a store of positive energy, and letting go, etc and even applying these concepts to our inevitable deaths. I wish I could pull that off. Unfortunately, I found it to be full of a lot of woo.
The information in it was contradictory, and overall although there were a few tidbits of vital information and a few bits of interesting and what could be useful information Overall, this book just rubs me the wrong way.

Jonathan Landaw was born in New Jersey and has traveled the world since He is funny, straightforward, humble, and full of joy. Personally, I enjoyed the style and content and found the ideas very intriguing – but I shy away from yesue religion and power hierarchies, and tantra as outlined here does seem to depend on such things.
